PREGNANCY

WHAT IS OBSTETRICS?

Obstetrics refers to the medical care and treatment of a woman during her pregnancy journey, including pre-natal care, childbirth and post-natal care. Obstetrics also deals with complications arising during pregnancy and delivery, such as ectopic pregnancies, fetal distress or pre-eclampsia.
